Effective training of lab personnel in the operation and configuration of the OnLabs product suite is essential to gain the most from the product. OnWsh is extremely user friendly and can be configured by individuals within the labs, it is highly flexible and allows tailoring to suit individuals. Technicians in the lab should be able to modify templates, create new analysis methods or configure reports. We do however, appreciate that time must be taken to ensure that everyone has a thorough knowledge of the functionality. Our key aim is to ensure the lab staff are completely independent from there IT department and requires little or no internal IT resources allocated to troubleshooting and training. A comprehensive User manual is available for individual Lab staff and quick guide video clips from the website reinforce this. We have various scheduled training session offsite for post implementation as and when required for an additional charge.
